Shipping policy

Free shipping takes (1-7 business days) and is shipped through either FedEx, UPS or USPS which is decided by our shipping department.

If you need your order sooner, we offer different EXPRESS shipping options.

Standard Order Processing (Free Shipping, Ground, USPS)

We work hard to process orders as fast as we can. Most standard orders will be shipped within 2 business days. In extremely busy times, it may take up to 3 business days. Saturday and Sunday are not business days, orders are not processed on these days.

Express Order Processing (Overnight, 2Day, Express Saver)

All express orders received Monday-Friday before 1pm Arizona Time will be processed same-day. All express orders received Friday after 1pm or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day. Some items cannot be shipped Express due to hazardous or flammable classifications. If an excluded item(s) are purchased and Express is selected, these items will be shipped separately by a Ground method.

Transit Times (United States)

All packages are shipped from our Arizona warehouse via FedEx or USPS. If you choose expedited shipping such as Overnight, 2Day or Express Saver, your package will arrive accordingly. If you choose USPS, FedEx Ground or Free Shipping, your package will arrive within 1-7 business days. Please see the transit map below to estimate the transit time from Arizona. *Note: Transit times posted and illustrated are estimates only. Your package may arrive sooner or later than estimated times unless expedited shipping was selected.

International Shipments

All order shipped outside the continental United States are shipped with FedEx International service. Transit times vary by country and can be affected by local laws and jurisdictions. VAT, duties and local tax are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
