Was really excited to get this machine. Came in and right out of the box was rattling. Tried several top of the line cartridges but it continues to rattle. Reached out to critical and they sent me a email to send it back to get repaired, I just want to refund.

I’m an extreme newb when it comes to tattooing and I’ve only been doing it for 2 months on a fake skin. I started with a Solong adjustable stroke machine and I can already tell the 4.2 stroke on the critical torque is way stronger of a hit. My lines have definitely improved and seems more saturated and smoother compared to the Solong E75 machine.
Needle Supply had the best price for this and I can really see the major difference between cheap vs expensive machines and I have to say this is worth every penny for me.
